So my OPK was FINALLY positive this morning (D15), but obviously that no doubt has a great deal to do with the Ovidrel injection D so kindly stuck in my butt last night.
We are proceeding with an IUI today and tomorrow. Hopefully our luck with start to improve.

Okay, seriously, WTF is up with my body? So according to Dr. O and my last u/s, I would be ovulating either yesterday or today. I should do the Ovidrel tonight, and we have an IUI scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. Except.... I didn't get positive on the OPK yesterday OR today. I have always had shoddy results with these things. I used Clear Blue digital this time.
So I felt like an ass PAGING Dr. P on a Sunday to find out if we are supposed to proceed with the Oviderel tonight and the IUIs as planned. She said yes, "it will still be worth it; it will force you to ovulate". Well, what's the point of the OPK's at all then?
Who knows. Surely not I.
