So the fudgesicle I just ate is probably the highlight of my evening so far. In other words, I'm bored. My husband is working on an electrical project with a co-worker, and there seems to be a break in my summer TV programming. No SYTYCD anymore, etc. It's nights like these that make me really, really certain that I am ready for that next stage of my life (parenthood). Obviously I am not looking to start a family simply because I have nothing better to do! But I am definitely yearning for something more....I am ready for something more. D and the fur-babies are not enough to complete me, this I know.
It is time; I am ready!
Also, I saw a new acupunturist (?) (not sure on her exact title) today. She asked much more detailed questions about my menstrual flow, length, etc. She wanted to know about my sister's "flow" (how should I know?!!) She also wanted to know exactly how large my follicles have been on each u/s, how large they were on which day, and which side they were on. This really made me feel like I haven't been asking enough, or the correct questions at my appts. The u/s appts are usually pretty quick. They generally verbally say their findings, but it's been in pretty vague terms like "oh, you have a couple, but they're still pretty small". The last time he did say the measurements quickly as he marked them, but nothing was memorable or made me think I should be writing it down or asking more questions. Now I feel like I totally missed the boat by not documenting every little thing. The REs just give off this extremely confident air that they have everything figured out. I don't know how to explain it exactly.
I did have a list of questions to ask the last time I was there, but I think I will be asking more and taking more notes from now on!

You're right! This post is eerily reminiscent to part of my last post. I totally know the feeling (and then simultaneously beat myself up for it, too!)!
You could always call the RE and ask that your chart be faxed to you. That way, you'd have all of the numbers just in case. Just a thought!
I think I actually can access my chart through the "patient portal" on their website. I will have to check that out and become more familiar with everything. It's a lot to keep straight after months and months of this!!
I could have written this entry. I'm bored with how things are and sad that So you think you can dance is over. I also need to start asking better questions. Good luck to you.
